The Trust LLC is pleased to announce that Edward S. Wei has joined the firm as a partner in the New York office. Wei, previously a partner with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, joins as a member of The Trust LLC’s Tax Practice Group.

Before joining The Trust LLC Wei practiced with Cadwalader and Cravath, Swaine & Moore. He received his law degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School and has an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge (Jesus College).
